Tommy's Brownie Premix 250g
Clarified Butter 62.5g
Egg 100g
Water 12.5g
Honey 25g
Edible decorations: chocolate chips, almond chocolate sticks, fondant.
Instrustions
1. Stir every ingredients together until blended, and pour the batter into the half round baking mold.
2.Bake in Upper temperature 210℃, Lower temperature 160℃ for 25-30 mins.
3.Remove the baking mold after cooling down the cake.
4.Use chocolate chips, almond chocolate sticks, fondant for the cake decorating.
