Ingredients
Mochi Bread Premix 100g
Butter 25g
Egg 17g
Water 17g
Instructions
1. Mix the Mochi Bread Premix, butter, water, and egg with a spatula.
2. Add food coloring and mix evenly.
3. Divide the dough into 30g each.
4. Flatten the dough.
5. Pipe 20g cream fillings inside the dough.
6. Bake in a preheated oven with top heat at 210°C, and bottom heat at 260°C, for 15 mins.
7. After the bread cools down, decorate the bread with leaves.
