Steamed Fortune Cake Premix 100g 

Water 75g 

Red Food Coloring Q.S.

Green Food Coloring Q.S.

Sesame Q.S.

Instructions

1. Add water to Fortune Steam Cake Mix and stir the batter well

2. Divide the batter into 3 parts

3. Add Red Food Coloring to the first part of the batter

4. Stir the batter with the Red Food Coloring well

5. Add the sesame to the red colored batter

6. Then, add the Green Food Coloring to the second part of the batter

7. Stir the batter with Green Food Coloring well

8. Pour the red batter with sesame into a baking cup first

9. Stack a layer of white batter along the periphery of the cup

10. Stack another layer of green batter on it

11. Decorate the green batter with stripes of a watermelon

12. Steam it under high heat for 20 mins (If you use the rice cooker, you have to preheat it)
