
Ingredient:
Tommy's crystal powder: 100g
Water: 80-100g
Dried edible osmanthus flowers: as needed
Cooking oil: as needed
Recipe:
1. Preheat the steamer. Heat the water with the dried edible osmanthus flowers to 70°C, then stop heating and let it steep for 5 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
2. Pour the osmanthus water into the crystal powder and mix well.
3. Pour the batter into a steaming tray and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
4. After steaming, shape the hot mixture. Take the desired amount of osmanthus crystal and place it in a mooncake mold greased with cooking oil. Press to shape and release from the mold to complete.
