Tommy’s custard filling mix 100g

Recipe:
1. Prepare the filling: Mix the custard powder and milk until smooth, then fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until needed.
2. Make the crust: Soften the butter to room temperature, then mix with the icing sugar. Add a suitable amount of food coloring and mix well. Sift in the cake flour and mix until well combined.
3. Roll the mixed crust dough to a thickness of about 0.2-0.3cm, freeze until slightly hard, then use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out shapes and set aside.
4. Make the puffs: Mix the puff pastry powder, eggs, water, and cooking oil until the batter is smooth and fine. Place the batter in a piping bag and pipe out heart shapes. Cover with the prepared crust pieces.
5. Bake in the oven at 175°C/160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, then turn off the oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes (do not open the oven during this process).
6. Fill the cooled heart-shaped puffs with custard cream to finish.
