Egg 34g

Water 100g

Red Food Coloring Q.S.

Instructions

1. Mix Snow Mochi Bread Premix, butter, egg, and water in a mixing bowl. Add some red food coloring and mix evenly.

2. Apply a little oil on the baking tray. Place the batter in the pastry bag with a star nozzle and pipe the batter to form small lanterns.

3. Bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Decorate the lantern and enjoy!
