We believe that all the people have heard the story of New Year's beast. Every family expels away the beast with firecrackers and fireworks on New Year's Eve.

Today, Tommy's would like to bring you a small dessert that has the appearance of firecrackers!

Ingredients

Snow Mochi Bread Premix 100g

Butter 25g

Egg 15g

Water 55g

Red Food Coloring Q.S.

Black Cocoa powder Q.S.

Instructions

1. Mix Snow Mochi Bread Premix, butter, egg, and water in the bowl and stir evenly.

2. Divide the batter into two portions, one with red coloring, the other one with black cocoa powder. Stir them evenly and place them in pastry bags.

3. Pipe a black batter on the baking tray and several red batter strips next to the black batter to represent the image of firecrackers.

4. Bake in a preheated oven, upper temperature 180℃ and lower temperature 100℃ for about 18 minutes.
